Introducing the new Larking Gowen Ipswich Half Marathon 

We are thrilled to announce a brand new event for 2022 and in partnership with Suffolk County Council and Ipswich Borough Council, to organise the return of one of the region’s favourite events, the Larking Gowen Ipswich Half Marathon.

The Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 11^th September with the event returning to run on the much loved town’s previous half marathon route, starting and ending at the iconic Ipswich Town FC stadium.

Not only is the event returning for 2022, but we are proud to confirm that also returning will be one of the county’s largest accounting and business advisory firms Larking Gowen, who will be taking on title sponsorship of the event for the next three years.

Working closely with key strategic partners Ipswich Town FC, Ipswich Jaffa Running Club and Larking Gowen, we will be aiming to keep the county’s aspirations going to be recognised as the most active county in England.

Whether you want to take on a new challenge, chase a PB, fundraise for a special cause or take part for fun, we welcome runners of all abilities to join us on the start line for this year's Larking Gowen Ipswich Half Marathon.
