Derby's biggest running festival is BACK with a new title sponsor

We are delighted to announce that Ramathon, Derby’s biggest running festival is back for 2022 with a new title sponsor.

Derby’s best-loved retail destination, Derbion, will be supporting you as thousands of runners will be back to running on the streets of Derby on Sunday 19^th June for the newly named Derbion Ramathon, RAM 5 Mile and Team Challenge.

Starting and finishing at Iron Gate in the shadows of the Cathedral, all three runs will take you through Derby’s city centre. The route will then see runners run through Elvaston Castle Country Park, Alvaston Park and past Derby County’s Pride Park Stadium and back to the city centre for the big finish.

Working in partnership with Derbion, the new Derbion Ramathon Team Challenge will see teams of colleagues, running buddies and friends battle it out to be crowned Team Challenge Champions.

This team challenge is open to teams of four or more to each take on the full half marathon distance in the hope being the fastest team in 2022.

Take part for fun or fundraise for a charity close to your heart - whatever your goal or reason, it's time to lace up those trainers and set yourself a new goal.
