Yorkshire Coast 10K

From 2025, the ever-popular and well established McCain Yorkshire Coast 10K will be organised by Run For All.

Previously managed by Scarborough Athletics Club, Run For All will now take on the responsibility of delivering the event to complement and enhance its current event offering.

With the ethos of delivering events accessible to all, Run For All and Scarborough Athletics encourages entrants of all abilities and ages to walk, jog or run, promoting inclusivity regardless of physical ability.

Starting and finishing at the Scarborough SPA, runners will enjoy the coastal route as they embark round South Bay, past the harbour, round the headland and into North Bay before running through the Open Air Theatre and back to the SPA.

• Entrants must be 15 years or older on event day

Your race number will be delivered approximately 2 weeks before the event day. More information will follow closer to event day.

Have you changed your address since registering?

We are only able to change your address up to 6 weeks before the event takes place. If you are unable to collect your race number from the old address you can come to the Race Office on event weekend to be reallocated a new number.

What if I'm coming from overseas?

Race numbers will not be posted to those participants who provided a postal address located outside of the UK as we can’t guarantee the safe delivery of the race number.

However, if you do have a UK address that your race number can be posted to prior to the event, please contact us at info@runforall.com with details. Alternatively, you will be able to collect your race number from the Race Office on the event weekend. Opening hours of the Race Office will be detailed on our website at www.runforall.com in the week prior to the event.

Important Note

Do not under any circumstances allow anybody else to run with a race number under your name.

Amongst other issues, this can create major problems for the medical team should they need to treat unknown runners. Anyone found to have done this will be disqualified.

You may choose to wear bone conducting headphones as you make your way around the course.

We ask that volume is kept low to ensure you can hear the marshal's instructions, emergency vehicles and fellow competitors.
